Inside the Hotel and in the garden, numerous paintings, sculptures, and bronzes add value to the premises. The following is a description:
In the Green around the Hotel
  • Near the entrance gate a life size marble sculpture, dating back to the beginning of the 1900's, of a young nude with a book in his hands who is contemplating the scene in front of him. Notable piece of work by an unknown artist
  • On the side of the entrance drive, a life size bronze grouping symbolizing three graces. A precious copy of the late 1800's.
  • On the opposite side of the entrance drive, a life size marble sculpture of a young girl in a reflective pose. Original piece from late 1800's by an unknown artist.
  • Set on the green, 2 life size marble sculptures from the middle 1800's portraying allegory of the grape harvest, and the other, allegory of. An original signed by A. Matteini.
  • Another life size bronze statue of a young woman portraying September and harvest time and positioned in the walls of the edifice under the loggia of the Hotel a bas-relief in marble portraying dancing cherubs with the inscription "libertas". High quality original presumed to be from the late 1800's
  • On the right of the Hotel entrance, a bronze portraying a young nude drawn back by the wind. Height of 2.10 meters precious piece from the late 1800's whose fineness is characterized by the personality of the artist. This work of art comes from the collection of the palace of the French Embassy in Moscow.
    Inside the Hotel
  • Inside, in the reception area a sculpture in white marble (approx.80 cm in height) portraying "Leda with swan". Work of art from the middle of the 1700's signed by M. Rittemans
  • In a corner of the same reception area, another original sculpture representing a feminine figure battling the wind which is blowing her clothes against her, with hand over one ear appearing to try to hear something. The finely sculpted figure is of high quality workmanship
  • Another statue in bronze from the early 1900's at a natural height is positioned in front of the bar; portraying David holding a sword and bringing it down into its sheath with one foot placed lightly on the freshly cut off head of Goliath in a proud but yet not arrogant manner. The signature is of A. Mercier.
  • In the breakfast dining room there is a statue in lacquered terracotta of about 80 centimeters portraying an angel on its knees holding a candelabra; work of art in style Robbiano from the end of the 17 00's
  • Again in the breakfast dining room, dead nature, an oil painting on canvas, by the French artist E. Petit from the middle of the 1800's; portraying a fruit basket with a woodsy background, a rather consistent theme for this artist.
  • In the entrance hall a large oil painting on canvas (138 by 215 cm.) portraying a young nude woman in nature signed by Garolefe, 1930.
  • Again in the entrance hall another oil painting on canvas with an important cornice portraying a divinity of lightening. Piece from 1600, recently resored.
